Patricia O'Neill M.D.

“Dr. Patty” is excited to return for another season as the physician lead for Crossmen’s Health & Wellness team. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, she was involved in her high school and college marching bands before becoming a member and front ensemble tech for her local WGI Percussion drumline. She was a member of the Crossmen in 2002, aged out with the corps in 2003, and had the opportunity to participate in the Crossmen Alumni Corps in 2024. 

She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a double-major in Biomedical Engineering and Chemical Engineering. After a short stint doing cardiac research, she attended medical school at West Virginia University. Dr. Patty then returned to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to complete her Internal Medicine residency prior to working as a hospitalist at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, MD for 4 years.

Dr. Patty and her husband currently live in Annapolis, MD where she has been a partner at a large primary care private practice since 2016. She is grateful to the dedicated staff and admin team for providing the opportunity to “pay it forward” to the next generation of Crossmen.
