Bradley Rivera
Battery Cymbal Instructor
Bradley Rivera is the current lead cymbal instructor at The Crossmen. He participates in the writing process and influences the visual package heavily. Here since the cymbal line’s reinstatement, he is proud to be spending his third season with the organization.
Bradley began his marching arts career in Rock Hill, South Carolina and has since been involved in the percussion community. Devoted to sharing his knowledge of cymbal lines and choreographing, he has instructed in multiple organizations nationwide including Fort Mill, South Pointe, Sycamore, North Buncombe, Northeastern, the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps, Centerville World Drumline, and assisting with Rhythm X. In addition to giving private lessons and attending educational clinics, Bradley has participated in noteworthy projects including the information packed, Seavine Cymbal Education Series.
Bradley has been involved in the cymbal community for over a decade. As a member, he was introduced to marching cymbals at Civitas Independent. He later joined the Western Carolina University PotM Cymbal Line while studying. Eager to expand his understanding of the instrument’s potential further, Bradley proceeded to seek mastery of his craft and perform on the biggest stages possible from 2018-2022 with Rhythm X and the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps.
Bradley Rivera is very excited to continue his marching arts journey, teaching with the Crossmen.
