Joshua Snedeker

Joshua Snedeker is a young and ambitious educator from the Houston area, holding a bachelors in music education from the University of Houston. He is currently the assistant band director at Mayde Creek HS in Katy ISD.

Prior to his role at Mayde Creek, Joshua has worked with many established band programs in the greater Houston area such as Bridgeland, Cy-Fair, Klein Oak, and Dickinson HS. During his years as a performer, Joshua spent two years marching with the Santa Clara vanguard 2018 – 2019 and once year at the Crossmen prior to that in 2017. He is extremely excited to put on the cross once again and join this amazing team as a proud alumni.

Joshua resides in Spring Texas with his girlfriend Kendall, their dog Moe and their cat Mable. Outside of teaching he enjoys playing ping pong, going bowling, eating Tex Mex, and cheering on the Astros.
