Krista Perez

Krista is a Color Guard Midwestern born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, excited to spend their summer with the Crossmen Bones Color Guard. Throughout Krista’s color guard career, she has been a member of Open, and World Class WGI and DCI organizations, including The Marian Catholic High School Marching Band & Winter Guard and The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. Krista is giving back to her alma mater, Marian Catholic High School, Victor J Andrew High School, and 7th Regiment in various roles through their marching ensembles, including fall and winter, drum corps, and indoor percussion as a technician, choreographer, and designer. Krista has a Bachelor’s in kinesiology and recreation. She is also a License Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who has been working for the psychiatry and behavioral department at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago since 2017 with a one-off year to start her own Recreational Therapy program at an Outpatient Clinic. I cannot wait to hit the ground running and see what this summer will bring, I’m so excited to be a part of this family!
